Delete your account

Insight provides account deletion inside the iOS app.

In the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap the Settings button.
  3. Open Account management.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Read the confirmation and choose Delete account.

What is deleted

The app requests permanent deletion of your Insight profile and associated posts, comments, likes, views, saved posts, follows, preferences, and other account data handled by the deletion process. Deletion cannot be undone through the app.

Limited retention

Content previously removed by moderators may remain in a restricted archive for up to 30 days to support review or reversal. Limited moderation, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or legal records may remain where reasonably necessary. Provider caches and backups may take additional time to expire.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@insight-app.net from an address you can access. Explain that you need help deleting an Insight account and include the username. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Never send your Apple password or authentication code.
